11/14/2008 Axxon / ITV was recognized as world leader on security and video surveillance market
According to annual analytical report of British IMS Research agency on the dynamics of the security systems market, Axxon / ITV is now the first in Europe and the third in the world segment of software providers for Open Network Video Management Software. It’s the first time a Russian company was recognized as a leader in security and video surveillance market.

The 17th International Security and Fire Exhibition Sfitex 2008 was hold from 15th to18th of October at the exhibition complex Lenexpo in St. Petersburg. Sfitex is the oldest show of its kind in Russia and one of the largest security show within North-West European region.

In early summer of 2008, IT Connect, an official Axis Communications distributor in Ukraine, conducted the first national training of partner companies’ specialists. Axxon and Axis have a long and successful collaborative history. Both companies are leaders in their market segments, and they already performed numerous joint actions.

For fulfilling the client’s needs, Axxon Professional digital video surveillance system had been chosen to operate at 3 fps. The entire system consists of 12 cameras, PC based video server and remote workstation at security room. Considering site properties and security tasks, KT&C b/w cameras (resolution: 600 TV lines) and Infinity day/night color cameras (530 TV lines) had been chosen.

USTM Company finished an installation of security system based on Axxon Enterprise platform for additional office of Bank of Siberia on Herzen street, 221, Omsk, Russia. This installation is a part of a project of distributed CCTV network covering all branches of Bank of Siberia in Omsk region.

06/02/2008 Gambling club network in Moscow region, Axxon Professtional intelligent video surveillance system, installer: Grand Prix
Specialists of Grand Prix company, Moscow, have finished installation of a video surveillance system for a 500 square meters gambling club in Pushkino. This is a 3rd site of the same network where Grand Prix installs CCTV. 2 previously commissioned clubs are situated in Orekhovo-Zuevo and Elektrostal.

ABRON Holding Company, Axxon certified partner, finished an installation of intelligent CCTV system based upon Axxon Professional product in Kurchatov Institute.
The system is intended for 24/7 video control of several buildings belonging to the Institute by delivering live video feeds from security critical locations.

Runway duty free stores network situated in Domodedovo airport, Moscow, Russia, has extended its POS control solution based on Axxon Retail. Videoglaz company, certified Axxon partner, performed upgrade of integrated system consisting of Axxon Retail software, Axis IP cameras, access control system and MBS Navision Attain retail automation system.
