DataSynchro is an innovative file system that makes storing and searching your security video fast, intelligent, and efficient.

DataSynchro embeds your video database, increasing your system's RAM capacity and improving reliability, operational stability, and productivity under critical conditions. All video indexes are structured in a single database, making your system start quickly and run efficiently. When it comes time to retrieve video, the system can call indexes on demand rather than storing an entire massive index in RAM – a more efficient use of your resources and just as fast as the old, cumbersome method.

DataSynchro features include:

Unique data indexing: DataSynchro's index acts as a table of contents, ensuring that your video operators get speedy retrieval and minimizing time spent on initializing the archive during system startup.

Background reindexing: This enables the system to start much faster and with increased efficiency.

Increased HDD peak load resistance: DataSynchro retains its recording capabilities during server peak load periods, using a specially allocated memory buffer.

HDD hot swap support: Fragment indexes and video archives are both stored on the same HDD volume but using separate data collection. Any hard drive can be moved and/or renamed easily without affecting data integrity.

Assign HDD volumes to video sources: You can choose to route certain cameras' video streams to predefined volumes. For example, video from cameras 1 and 2 can be recorded on volume 1 (C:\), while camera 3's video is stored on volume 2 (D:\). This decreases volume fragmentation during looped recording and increases the overall recording speed.

Stored structured metadata: DataSynchro automatically stores content descriptions and additional data from MomentQuest for all video records.
